Prize draw: terms and conditions
The promoter is WineFi Management Limited, registered in England and Wales with registration number: 14864655 and whose registered office is at 5th Floor, 167-169 Great Portland Street, London, W1W 5PF ("WineFi").
The prize draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over, excluding employees of WineFi, their immediate families, and anyone professionally connected with the draw.
To enter, you must (a) join The Vintage Collection waitlist via this page between 20/10/2026 and 25/10/2026 ("Waitlist Period"). Entries are limited to one per person, regardless of the amount invested.
No additional payment is required to enter. Investing is subject to WineFi's standard terms and eligibility checks, and the prize draw does not change those terms.
One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries within 7 days of the syndicate closing.
The prize is one 75cl bottle of Louis Roederer Cristal 2008. There is no cash alternative. WineFi reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the prize becomes unavailable.
The winner will be notified by email within 2 days of the draw and must respond within 14 days to claim the prize, providing a UK delivery address and confirming they are 18 or over. If the winner does not respond, WineFi may draw an alternative winner.
The prize will be delivered to a UK address free of charge. Proof of age may be requested on delivery.
WineFi may publish the winner's surname and county on request, in line with applicable regulations. The winner may object to this by contacting WineFi.
Personal data will be processed in line with WineFi's Privacy Policy and used to administer the waitlist and prize draw, and, where you have consented, to send you marketing communications.
WineFi reserves the right to amend or cancel the prize draw where circumstances beyond its reasonable control make it necessary.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
